TORONTO, ON — A new city study shows Toronto rents the third most cars, and the fourth most apartment rentals.
A new study says Toronto rents nearly as many cars as Vancouver and San Francisco.
But, it found, Vancouver has the best rental rates.
The city says it has the lowest rental rate in the country for cars, apartments and minivans.
The study by the University of Toronto, City University of New York and Car Rentals Canada says Toronto’s average rental rate for minivan is $1,095.30 per day.
That is more than double Vancouver’s average rate of $1.29 per day, according to the study.
The report says Toronto is home to a population of almost 7.5 million people.
Its average rental price for cars is $9,924 per month.
Toronto has the third highest average rental for minivan, second to Vancouver.
It has the highest average rate for cars in the city.
It says it also has the fifth highest average car rent for rental cars, which is $7,600 per month, or almost $20,000 per year.
The average rent for apartment rentals in Toronto is $3,250 per month and for minis it is $2,700 per month in 2017.
The highest rental rate is for minigans at $2.50 per day per day and for cars at $1 per day a day.
It also says that in 2017, Toronto had the fourth highest average monthly rental of $5,500.
This year, Toronto has an average rental of just $1 in rent.
But it says its highest rental was for a van in 2014.
The number of cars in Toronto in 2018 is the highest in five years.
In 2018, there were more than 1.6 million vehicles on the road, compared with more than 2.3 million in 2016.
The percentage of Toronto households owning a car is almost identical to the national average, the report says.
But the city’s rental rates have fallen in recent years as demand for more affordable vehicles has dropped.
The most recent numbers show the average rental in Toronto fell by $8,600 between 2014 and 2017, according the study, which also looked at other cities.
Toronto’s rental rate of minivan and minivan rentals dropped from $4,750 to $2 a day, while van rentals dropped by $1 a day from 2014 to 2017.
